Privacy Policy

How SuperSites handles tool inputs, essential service data, analytics limits, advertising separation, cookies, retention and privacy requests across the public hub.

Privacy

Data categories

SuperSites processes the information needed to deliver public pages and free tools: route, language, browser and device basics, consent choices, security signals and the input a visitor submits to a tool.

Tool inputs

Inputs such as domains, URLs, text, files, dates, numbers and business details are used to produce the requested result. Browser-first tools keep supported inputs on the visitor device. Public diagnostics that require network checks send only a bounded target to the relevant public API.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics is limited to sanitized product events such as route, locale, tool slug, action type and completion state. Events exclude full IP addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, names, document text, file content, DNS answers, URL query strings and submitted secrets. Legal pages do not display ad placements, and the public hub does not load real AdSense requests while monetization is off.

Cookies and preferences

Essential storage keeps language, consent and basic service preferences. Optional analytics or advertising storage stays separated from tool inputs and follows the consent controls described on the Cookie Policy page.

Retention and security

Browser-side results remain on the visitor device unless the visitor downloads or copies them. Server logs, cache entries and bounded diagnostic requests are kept only for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and operational reliability for the shortest practical period.

Rights and contact

Visitors can request access, correction, deletion, consent review or a privacy explanation through the Contact page. Include the product, page URL, language, request type and reply address. Ask for a secure intake path before sending identity documents or sensitive personal data.
